what is redgage? is an online writing platform that allows you to upload your articles and build back links to your other content that you have on the web. Users are allowed to interact with each other, rate and comment on each others’ work, and so on.

But the great thing about RedGage is that they allow you to make money directly with their website, simply by doing the things that you would be doing regardless of whether or not you got paid. Therefore, RedGage allows you to make the most out of your time and maximize your online earnings.

My personal favorite thing about the site is that you can use it to build back links. They allow you to upload bookmark links with a short description and earn from those links as they get viewed. Thus the links will not only generate traffic, but an income as well.

Then on top of adding your links you can upload articles and put your links into them as well. From my experience articles tend to get more views and comments than the bookmarks do, but the clicks from the articles are not as many. So in the end it evens out between your articles and bookmarks.

Pictures

Another great thing about the site is that you can upload all your pictures and make money with them as well. For some reason pictures seem to get the most views and do very well on RedGage.

Other People’s Content

But what about if you do not have your own content? Can you still make money with RedGage even though you are not a writer or a photographer? Absolutely! You can upload links to other people’s content and earn revenue from that. But don’t go copying the whole article and posting it as your own, as that is illegal. But feel free to create as many links as you like.

They also have a daily contest that allows you to win money each day by entering your articles that you have written and uploaded to RedGage. On top of that you can also enter the contest by mentioning the name of RedGage on another website, as well as by referring others.

I received a recorded call today informing me of a money making system which would significantly improve my life and help me to earn an incredible amount of money. The recorded message was from a woman, with a pleasant but dynamic voice. She said that I could receive thousands of dollars per day delivered right to my door, and that there was no selling, no explaining, no convincing, and no product. So when I heard that, naturally I wrote down the website she was giving and decided to investigate.

It turns out that the website is promoting(selling)something called ‘Cash Tracking System’. Their system is totally automated and they offer a website which explains absolutely everything, and promises that anyone can do it with no special ability or education, they claim you don\’t need to be a technical wizard…they say that if you can return a phone call, log into a website, and send an email, you can do this and get rich. Of course they explain that this is not a job, and you will need some money to start, but they continue to repeat that if you\’re serious about generating thousands of dollars each week, then you need to find out about this right away.

Well, I did find out about it because I kept watching the 20 minute video presentation and I am amazed. Yes, I am amazed that this program has been around for a while and that people(suckers) are still buying into the get rich quick schemes out there. It turns out that the ‘CASH TRACKING SYSTEM’ is nothing more than yet another cash gifting program, which has been relabeled and repackaged.

If you don\’t know about cash gifting, its nothing more than one person sending another person free money, and getting nothing in return, except the possibility that somebody else may send you money. In the end, hundreds of unlucky suckers will end up sending out several thousand dollars only to become desperate and be forced to make phone calls and send emails to other people trying to convince strangers to send them some free money as well. Sounds stupid and insane you say? Well, apparently a number of people do this and then wonder why the rich get richer.

If you want to earn money online, find a legitimate program or get with a good trainer or coach who can teach you the online business, but stay away from scams and schemes. The old saying, ‘if it seems too good to be true, it probably is’ still holds true. Internet Marketing is a legitimate field and thousands of average people are earning money online and starting a home based business, but only by receiving solid and legitimate training for online marketing.

Xomba

Xomba is a combination of a content site and a social link sharing site.  This isn\’t a great earner for me, but I find that I do get some revenue from Xomba, and also manage to get more traffic to some of my main articles on other sites.

Blogger

Blogger is a great way the increase earnings especially if you are great at SEO. If you have a popular blog then there\’s no doubt that adding Google Ads to your blog will increase your revenue.

Shetoldme

This is the least successful site for me so far, but I do gain traffic to other sites as well as getting additional clicks on my Google Ads – it\’s very similar to Xomba.

One thing about YouSayToo.com is I didn’t realize the site is as big as it is, having an Alexa ranking under 9k means it gets a decent amount of traffic and there must be thousands of bloggers already in the system.

All you have to is sign up for YouSayToo, create your profile, set your Revenue Settings and then import your blog feeds.  You do need to put the YouSayToo badge on your site if you want to participate in the social network but this is hardly unusual as most blogging networks require a small banner or badge to include you in their system.

They do tell you to create a new AdSense URL Channel for www.yousaytoo.com so that you can separate track how much of your AdSense impressions and earnings are coming from your articles shared on YouSayToo.  This is a wise thing to do and I highly recommend it.

I unfortunately forgot to do this when I first set everything up two weeks ago, so I am still waiting for the next 20 days to report on how many impressions my articles get on YouSayToo and how much of my AdSense earnings come from this network.

One thing I like about the system is when you add “Interests” to your profile, you immediately see all other bloggers who added matching interests.  This  makes it easy to add them as friends and connect with others who share the same interests.  The system is also lightning fast for me, you can add people in seconds, pages and profiles load so quickly.  It is refreshing considering the slower speeds of many other blogging networks honestly.

YouSayToo has brought in some traffic to my personal blog, but mostly I have seen quite a few votes and comments on my YouSayToo articles submitted to the site.  As it only imports your current articles going forward, I only have about 10 articles in the system (compared to 200 on all my blogs).  So as you have more content fed into the system, presumably you get more pageviews, more revenue and more traffic to your sites.

I think even if there was no revenue sharing the more you can expose your content online the better, and the social networking aspect appears to be pretty good though the messaging system is kind of unusual in that you handle everything in a popup from your little top right profile area of the screen.  You deal with messages, friend requests all from this little dialog box that expands which took some getting used to.

It is too early to say what the revenue sharing looks like, but so far this looks like a blogging social network I will keep active on.
